The Best Twin Buggy

Created to adapt to your family's needs This inline double comes with multiple seating configurations and can be used for twins or children of various ages. The foam-filled rubber tires will never flatten and its soft suspension makes light work of kerbs.

It folds super-flat and meets the weight requirements for gate-checks at airports, making it easy to travel with. It also comes with a huge underseat storage basket as well as a four-panel sun canopy.

Leclerc Influencer

With its sleek design, auto-folding and cabin-approved dimensions, the Leclerc Influencer is an excellent alternative for those who fly. Its folded (and unfolded) width is 47cm, which is slightly more than the IATA standard of 45cm, but it still complies with the airline's hand luggage requirements and can be stored in the overhead lockers during flights (Subject to Airline Approval). It was easy to clean with a simple wipe down and there were plenty of extras available, including footmuffs, nappy and buggy organiser bags that fit to the handles and hoods that provide UV50and protection.

It's easy to get up and down stairs, and it can fit into tight spaces like narrow streets, shops and Jane's terrace home. The bumper bar can double as a carry handle, and there's a large, flip-flop friendly brake with a color-coded indicator. The basket is smaller than the other models, but it will still accommodate a large changing bag. There are additional tray compartments for storing snacks, drinks and toys.

It's suitable from the moment of birth and can be combined with a Leclerc Baby Carrycot or car seat with adaptors (sold separately). For older children there's an innovative backrest that flattens, making it ideal for nap times or extended walks and the smart 5-point harness with magnets is simple to use. It's also light, weighing only 6.6kg. A travel bag is included.

Joie Evalite Duo

British brand Joie is dedicated to "sharing happiness with the new parents" and has created pushchairs that are "functional and fashionable". The Evalite Duo, their latest twin buggy, is their most recent product. It's designed to take two kids side-by-side, unlike the slightly heavier Aire Twin, and has raised stadium-style seating so both children can view the world around them.

The Evalite Duo weighs just under 10kg and is among the lightest strollers for siblings available. It is suitable for use starting at birth, and can be used with Joie car seats or carrycots. It's simple to drive, ride, lift and fold and the frame expands in width to accommodate the second seat.

Out 'n' about says the Evalite Duo's one-handed folding is an outstanding feature. They were awed by how quickly and effortlessly the Evalite Duo comes together. However, they did note that it's more difficult to navigate bumps and rough terrain than some other models.

They also note that the front seat doesn't fully recline, and they needed to use their hands to get it to a comfortable position which they would prefer not to be forced to do while traveling with young children. But, they do agree that the Evalite Duo is a great pushchair that could be perfect with some adjustments. They love the compact size when folded.

iCandy Peach

iCandy Peach, a sophisticated tandem buggy, offers parents the variety they need. It is compatible with a variety of car seats, and folds effortlessly using a one-click mechanism. It also comes with a variety of extras that rival brands charge for separately, such as rain covers and liners.

double buggy is a sought-after choice for parents who are fashion-conscious due to its stylish and contemporary premium jersey fabrics. This new 2022 Peach has been updated with minor tweaks to increase the performance and function without sacrificing aesthetics.

The addition of a ride on board makes this the perfect option for twins. It's also slightly smaller than previous Peach models but that doesn't mean it from providing all the space you'll require for your child.

It's the perfect double stroller for parents who need something that looks stylish and offers a lot of versatility. You can use it as a single stroller from birth and then buy a double kit to turn it into a twin stroller. It comes with a large basket as well as five reclining positions that ensure maximum comfort for your child. It also comes with an integrated carry strap and a single-handed folding mechanism. The only drawback is that it's somewhat bulky to store when you aren't using it particularly since it folds in two parts instead of one.

iCandy Orange

This is one of the most comfortable twin buggies on the market. The seats are well-padded and can be fitted with luxury footmuffs or liners which will keep your little ones cosy in cold weather. The carrycot is able to be fitted onto the Orange chassis easily with gate-opening flaps on the sides and is spacious and comfortable. Orange chassis allows for 30 combinations of the seat and carrycot.

The wheels are optimised to withstand rough and paved terrain, and there's an enormous shopping basket underneath which is ideal for big shopping trips at the supermarket. The pushchair is light and easy to drive. The circular pedal brake makes it simple to use, but not for flip-flops. It's not the easiest one to fold, and the latch that holds it folded needs two hands to open. Once it's collapsed the front wheels slide underneath the basket and the chassis can stand.

The Orange is a great choice for style-conscious parents who have a baby or toddler and need a buggy that will be able to grow with the child. It's also a good choice for parents expecting a second child in the near future and want a movable double pushchair. The iCandy Orange is not cheap, but it's versatile enough that it should last for several years and will have a good resale value too. It's also available with a buggy, which can reduce the number of siblings fighting over seats.

Mountain Buggy Duet

The company was founded by a New Zealander, Mountain Buggy (part of the Mokopuna group, which also owns Phil and Teds and Baby Jogger) is the first brand of prams to focus on all-terrain double pushchairs. The Duet twin stroller is easily maneuvered in narrow aisles for shopping and through doorways. It is among the smallest, most feature-packed double buggies in the market and has been awarded numerous awards, including 2014 Mother & Baby Twin Gold and the 2015 Prima Baby Twin Silver.

The narrow seats are large enough for children of various age groups to comfortably sit together and the seats are independently reclineable, so children can pick their preferred position. The large canopies have flick-out sun visors and the storage basket is very roomy. It accepts two infant car seats when you buy of adapters for car seats and works with nearly all brands, which is a huge benefit.

The only drawback is the weight. At 32.4 lbs, it is difficult to lift into and out of the trunk, and could be difficult for Grandma to maneuver. It is also more expensive than other double buggies. However, it was designed to last and offers numerous features for the money. It is a great choice for parents in urban areas who want to avoid lugging a heavy stroller around. The straps are padded, with a 5-point buckle and padded straps make it safe for infants.

Bugaboo Donkey Twin

The Bugaboo Donkey Twin has a stylish, functional design. It's a great product, but not without flaws.

It comes with very few amenities, both for parents and the kids. The only thing that is provided by the tiny side bin is that it can only be used only when one car seat is attached. There aren't any parent tray cup holders, cup holders or accessory pockets, and this could be problematic when you travel for a long time.

The seats aren't very flat, and the gap between the seats is quite large. Our 5-year-old had trouble lying back comfortably. It's a shame, considering it's a premium model.

It's easy to maneuver and the swivel wheel is great for climbing up stairs and slopes. It is also narrow enough to fit in most doorways, and it folds easily for easy storage and transportation. It can also be switched to mono mode with just three clicks, if you require more space or a quick getaway. It can even accommodate a third kid with the comfort wheeled board if you're in need of. It's expensive, but when you're on a tight budget, there are other options available there. If you're a fan of the brand and can afford it, it's worth the cost.
