At our renowned London translation agency, we pride ourselves on our expertise in English-Russian translation and Russian-English translation. Additionally, many of our translators are native Russian speakers who specialise in Russian interpretation. For a free no obligation quote or for more information about certified Russian-English translation services please send me an email or make a call. Please note that translation certification requirements of different UK institutions, and especially those abroad, vary greatly. You should always contact the institution you intend to submit the certified translations to before ordering a certified translation.

The documents are dispatched by post or electronically once I receive proof of payment. Regular 1st class delivery in the UK is free of charge but if you need Next Day delivery, the documents can be sent by “1st Class Sign For” or “Special Delivery” at extra cost. • The notary public verifies the identity of the translator and certifies their statement but does not verify the accuracy of the translation since they are not usually translators themselves.

Here, we share our knowledge and expertise and explain the key differences between the four types of official translations, including certified, sworn, notarised, and apostilled / legalised. The UK Government states that a certified translation must be done by a translator registered by a professional body. You can see government's guidelines on certifying translated documents here. The Government or other legal entities often require notarised translations.

A translation is certified when it includes a statement of truth with a signature, stamp, and date. Foreign-issued documents that are non-English and for official purposes within the UK require a Certified Translation. To certify a translation, a professional translator must attest that it is a true, complete, and accurate translation of the original document you presented. An official translation should be stamped, dated, and signed by the translator and/or certifying authority.

We are a professional translation company with over ten years of experience providing certified translation services in the UK. Some of the official documents we can translate include passports, birth and death certificates, marriage and divorce certificates, degree certificates and diplomas, and bank statements. We can also translate business documents, such as marketing materials, user guides, and legal contracts. TS24 provides professional certified translation services with exceptional quality, high accuracy, fast delivery and guaranteed customer satisfaction. Our professional translators work with all documents and cover 200 languages, helping you easily translate and certify your documents at low prices.

This process is usually required for important documents submitted abroad, such as those supporting an overseas marriage, adoption, visa, or job application. Our certified translation services come with a Certificate of Translation Accuracy on company letterhead, which states that the translated document is a “true and accurate” translation of the original document. The certificate includes the full name, signature, and contact details of a representative of our translation company, as well as our translation stamp. The certified translations will be sent to you electronically as a PDF file via email.

This is a standard certification that is added to every translation we prepare. If you need any additional certification this needs to be discussed before the order is placed. We can arrange for a translation to be signed by a solicitor or we can provide an apostille for a translation. The application can process any number of documents for free, for as long as you need.
